the receptionist was very polite and kind and helpful.

Size of the room. It was wide and clean, towels changed everyday, water bottles they were bringing also everyday.

Amazing breakfast. So many options to choose from. Location is also good even though it's not in the city center. Calmer & good vibe!

We had a fantastic stay in Yerevan, thanks to this hotel's comfort and cleanliness. The breakfast was good, but the real star was Ms. Lilit, the receptionist. She was incredibly kind and helpful, even managing to get us a better deal on our return visit when booking.com failed. We felt at home and highly recommend this hotel, with a special thanks to Lilit!

The rooms were spacious with lots of room and bathroom was nice with tap water drinkable. Breakfast had a hard working gal who did a great job preparing different types of cooked eggs each day. Using the Yandexgo taxi app allows for cheap access to anywhere in Yerevan.

What keeps me coming back: Prime Location: The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. Efficient Check-in/Check-out: The process is always smooth and quick, which is much appreciated when you're on a tight schedule. The front desk staff are friendly, and helpful. Comfortable and Clean Rooms: The rooms are consistently clean and well-maintained. The beds are comfortable. I also appreciate the reliable Wi-Fi.

Incredibly friendly and very accommodating staff thanks to Lilit, Vahe and the lady in the restaurant ( I forgot to asked her name). They were always available to assist with any requests and made sure that our stay is comfortable. We reached the hotel 2 hours before the check in but they gave us early check in free of charge. I would recommend the place if you're looking for a quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Perfect for anyone wanting a relaxing stay with a bit of distance from the city noise.

Highly recommend for a comfortable and affordable stay. Spacious room, comfy bed, and good breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. While not walkable to the city center, buses are frequent and convenient. This isn’t for sure a 5-star hotel, but the quality is much better than expected for the price.

The staff is super helpful and polite. True Armenian hospitality. The room is huge and very comfortable. I recommend it for anyone looking to relax and not be in the noise of the city center.

The hotel is the same as in the picture. Easy access to tourist destinations. Neat and clean. Quiet ambience, Breakfast is nice as well. Overall, the experience is great.

The hotel is costly and the rooms are equipped with everything necessary, including toiletries in the bathroom and tea-coffee-water in the room. The beds and pillows are comfortable. It’s very quiet in the room despite the construction nearby. The breakfast was quite nourishing and various.

The perfect place with perfect stuff, particilarly the 34 looking 44 yo lady at reception - she made me mesemarised by her kindness and helpfulness that could never memorised her name. Rooms are cleaned every day, toothbrush toothpaste everything, perfect tasty breakfast all in for about 25euros! Unbelievable! Will go back! Spent 15 nights there ,was hard to leave!

We enjoyed everything at the hotel: an excellent breakfast, lots of affordable dishes, a comfortable bed, and a shower with my favorite shampoo. Overall, the stay exceeded my expectations, we got a spacious and beautiful room at a very affordable price. We liked the Inga Hotel.
